Let's Call Roll
Call Roll from the App or Website
After adding your trip, you can add multiple sub groups to allow for
multiple busses or chaperones. Each will have their own
seperate roll call and will display on the trip leaders dashboard.
Each chaperone or group leader can message the trip leader
with questions or updates.
Trip leaders can view the roll call live as it is being done. If someone is
missing from the roll call, the trip leaders can see the exceptions and take action.
Enter your group name list from the dashboard, set up your sub groups and start
taking roll in the app or web browser.
Each Chaperone has their own list of people in their group. Roll can be taken by scanning the QR code on
each persons name tag or by clicking "Present" in the list beside each name. You can also mark someone missing and
send the exception to the group leader.
The Group Leader's Dashboard shows each sub group live as roll is being taken. If someone is missing, an exception will
be displayed under the sub group. The Leader can clear the exception by selecting the reason the person is missing.
Once roll is complete, the leader will get a checkmark showing that everyone is ready.
Multiple Options Available For Any Trip Size
For a single trip, the one month plan is a great option. This gives you time to get your participant list and chaperones added to your trip.
If you are a travel agant or school, the unlimited plan is great for multiple trips throughout the year. This plan alows unlimited (2 active simultaneously) trips in a 12 month period.
